I’m happy to share with you my favorite, easy, short 7-minute breathing meditation for relaxation and connection to self.

My recommendation is to play this meditation when you have a few minutes to get comfortable and let your body be supported.

It’s a great practice to unwind after your workday. I used to do it in my car (while parked) before driving home from work.

It’s also excellent to do before bed to settle the body and nervous system to get a better night rest.
