I’m Anna Vickroy

I used to be a high-achieving, people pleaser with an explosive temper. I was critical, judgmental and constantly striving to prove my worth.  I had a skyrocketing engineering career, custom built home, husband and kids, and traveled the world etc….and it still wasn’t enough…until I began to heal. 

With each epiphany & layer of transformation, my engineering mind had to understand the science behind my experiences.  I took classes with top educators in the fields of neuroscience, somatics, trauma, meditation, breathwork, spirituality & indigenous practices, yoga, hypnotherapy, anti-oppression and liberation.  I hired coaches steeped in these fields to do my own deep internal work (and continue to do so).

It is through my lived experience, training and education that I apply these practices to coach others through their own healing journey.
