BodyWise is a healing experience where you are guided to reconnect to your body to access your innate wisdom.

Your body is the key to the foundational techniques of
anxiety & stress reduction and trauma healing.


The healing process includes unraveling the beliefs, thoughts, emotions and behaviors that keep us in a dysfunctional relationship with our bodies.

Disconnection from our body keeps our nervous system in a chronic state of survival and leads to a deep sense of exhaustion and dissatisfaction in our daily life, and it can make one feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed and even physically sick.

Why do you need support?

Having a coach who has personal experience in this work, along with a depth of knowledge with a liberated mindset can provide a safer space to support you to regulate your nervous system. This is needed because unraveling from mainstream culture often means we may feel unsafe.

We all have blind spots. Having a coach to shine a gentle light on blindspots are key to making shifts because we can only change what we are aware of.

We aren’t meant to do this alone. Oppressive conditioning is learned in relationship with others so embodied healing must also happen in relationship with others.

 

Connecting to your body can be hella uncomfortable.

1:1 Coaching Calls

Receive personalized support with two 1:1 coaching calls with Anna over Zoom. These two private sessions allow Anna to lovingly mirror back to you blindspots and guide your focus. You can schedule these appointments at your convenience as you’ll have a direct link to Anna’s calendar.

MindBody or Hypnotherapy Session

Receive a 1:1 MindBody or hypnotherapy session with Anna over Zoom to help you shift subconscious beliefs that are keeping you stuck. You’ll receive a recording to deepen into this message. This is the secret sauce to go from thinking it to feeling it. You can schedule this at your convenience as you’ll have a direct link to Anna’s calendar.

Video Trainings

There are weekly pre-recorded video trainings that can be viewed online at your leisure. Each module is approximately 20-30 minutes in length so that it’s easy to work into your schedule. You can also work at your own pace if you want to take more time.

 

Integration Practices

Each week powerful practices such as somatic practices, short meditations, breathwork and sound baths are provided that relate to the topic each week. Insightful questions are provided to help you discover valuable insight to assist in your transformative journey.

Private Community

The Self Love Club is a sacred, private & “safer” place (not Facebook) where you can share, be supported and witnessed by others also on their journey. You’ll have access to bonuses such as movie club meetings. This space is moderated by Anna so you can ask questions and receive support.

I’ve been helping women feel more confident in their body since 2004 as a photographer. In the past few years, I’ve become more focused on my mission to guide women to self empowerment based on my personal liberation & self love journey. As an ex-engineer with a logical mind, my approach is practical and rooted in science.

 

I started the #ConfidenceCampaign in 2017 and the Awaken Your Goddess retreats in 2018. I’ve helped hundreds of women awaken to how we’ve internalized oppressive beliefs that keeps us disconnected from our true self, heal from the trauma of this disconnection, and connect to the wisdom in their bodies to trust themselves. This is path to authentic confidence versus the mask of confidence.

I know in my heart of hearts that empowerment and liberation is my soul purpose. As a certified practitioner of MindBody Therapy and Hypnotherapy with depth of knowledge and experience, I’d be honored to go on this journey with you.

 

FAQs

 

I’m concerned I won’t finish in 12 weeks.

This program is broken up into 12 modules. The minimum time to complete the program is 12 weeks as each module opens up 1 week after after the start of the program. However, you can take up to 1 year to complete the program. You set the schedule.

When are the 1:1 Coaching and Hypnotherapy sessions scheduled?

You’ll have access to Anna’s online calendar to book the appointments are your convenience over the course of the year. Appointments are typically during the week with one day per week available for evening appointments. You are encouraged to schedule your appointments as follows:

  • Coaching Call after completion of module 1

  • Hypnotherapy Session (or Coaching Call if you choose) after completion of module 4

  • Coaching Call after completion of module 9

What if I want more 1:1 coaching calls or additional Hypnotherapy sessions?

You can absolutely add-on additional support calls as you go at a discounted rate of $125 per call.

What techniques are incorporated?

The first half of the framework will guide you through the process of soothing your nervous system through somatics, developing self-awareness through mindfulness, releasing & healing through felt-sense practices, mindful movement & emotional processing through a trauma-informed lens.

The second half will guide you through the process of claiming your new truths and embodying a life by your design. Practices rooted in neuroscience are introduced such as hypnotherapy, delta brainwave meditations, and creating new neural pathways by pairing your truths with safety in the nervous system. Embodiment practices help you take confident action to create a life you love.
