This unique somatic coaching experience blends self-paced pre-recorded educational resources with individual private sessions so that we can make the most of our time together.

Why is somatic support important?

Since most of us live in our head, when we first connect to our body, we notice our mind’s story about the body, rather than the body itself. Co-regulation and expert guidance from a somatic coach can support you in this nuanced journey within.

A somatic coach who has personal trauma healing and liberation experience can provide a safer space to support you without bypassing the realities of our culture.

We all have blind spots. Having a trauma-informed coach to shine a light on blindspots are key to making shifts because we can only change what we are aware of.

We aren’t meant to do this alone. Oppressive conditioning is learned in relationship with others so embodied healing must also happen in relationship with others.

I’ve been helping women feel more confident in their body since 2004. Since 2016, I’ve become more focused on deeper transformations based on my own trauma healing journey.

As a licensed engineer with a logical mind, my approach is practical and rooted in science.

Since I started the Confidence Campaign events and Awaken retreats in 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their relationship with their body.

I know in my heart of hearts that this is my soul purpose.

As a certified coach, mind-body therapy and hypnotherapy practitioner and with my personal healing experience, I’m honored to go on this journey with you.

 

FAQs

 

I’m concerned I won’t finish in 12 weeks.

This program is broken up into 12 modules. The minimum time to complete the program is 12 weeks as each module opens up 1 week after after the start of the program. However, you can take up to 12 months to complete the program. You set the schedule.

When are the 1:1 Coaching and Hypnotherapy sessions scheduled?

You’ll have access to Anna’s online calendar to book the appointments are your convenience over the course of the year. You are encouraged to schedule your appointments as follows:

  • Coaching Call after completion of Module 1

  • Somatic Hypnotherapy Session after completion of Module 4

  • Coaching Call after completion of Module 9

What if I want more 1:1 coaching calls or additional Hypnotherapy sessions?

You can absolutely add-on additional support calls as you go at a discounted rate of $135 per call.

What techniques are incorporated?

The first half of the framework will guide you through the process of regulating your nervous system, developing self-awareness through mindfulness, mindful movement & emotional processing through a trauma-informed lens.

The second half will guide you through the process of claiming your new truths and embodying a life by your design. Practices rooted in neuroscience are introduced such as hypnotherapy, delta brainwave meditations, and creating new neural pathways by pairing your truths with safety in the nervous system. Embodiment practices help you take confident action to create a life you love.
